We had a great weekend last weekend with my mother in law.. Yes I know we are not married but I get to keep Pam one way or another.. LOL
So to start with Jesse tore the MCL in his knee so he was not too mobile.
Friday night we had dinner and sat around drinking wine.Saturday morning we had to get Jesse some crutches so he could go places.
We had lunch at
the Deerfield Buffet, made some drinks and went to the pool for a little relaxation. I almost said Jesse made us dinner but no I made dinner. Now don't fall off your chair!! It was just pre-made turkey burgers. We played some games and watched a few movies.
Sunday she tried to sneak away from us but we held her captive for one more day.
We took her to the Jazz Brunch which she enjoyed. Had some lunch and yes!! More drinks!! The puppy came with us and enjoyed himself as well. Afterwards we stopped at the book store for some coffee and a sit by the water. This morning I dropped Pam off at the airport and I am hoping she made it since I have not heard from her yet...

I'm sure Pam was totally bummed that Jesse didn't get to take her on all of those hikes she was telling us about ;)
I'm sorry to hear about Jesse's knee, but it sounds like you all had a great time anyway.
