Our new years camping trip was back at Koreshan for a second time.
I loved it again!!Jesse, Karen and myself all traveled together with the dogs.
Joaquin met up with us after his work shift was done.
Once the camp was all set up we drove over to lovers key where they had a dog beach next door. The dogs had a blast!!
When we came back Joaquin pulled up and the party was on. We celebrated new years in a drunk and loud way!
Next morning hangovers and all we hiked the trail in the park and took in the history of Koreshan.
The old buildings were still there and we learned about the community and how the Koreshans lived.
After that we had a nap and got ready for a star gazing lesson at the camp fire.
Everyone got a look through the telescope at the star formations that night.. It was early to bed.
After packing up in the morning we drove to Naples for a walk around the town and some lunch.
We drove home after that... I am now working on the next camping trip for this year.
