Memorial Weekend...

Jesse and I did not go to St. Augustine due to some needed hours on Saturday at work. We still managed to have a great weekend.
After putting in a few hours at work we headed to the Discovery Museum to see the Frog Exhibit. They had frogs from around the world. All of which are becoming endangered. This event was followed by a 3D movie about the Ocean life in South Africa. We also went to see some gators and a Florida Panther at the Indian Reservation. There was still time to kill before dinner so Jesse climbed the rock wall in the Sawgrass Mills mall.
Dinner was at the Knife. This is the Argentinian Steak house that we love. All you can eat, a bottle of wine each and dessert for 27.00 per person. After dinner we went back to the mall to sober up before driving home... lol
Saturday was spent at the pool, watching a movie and then going to a block party at Lisa and Tim's house. More eating and drinking was done...
Tim had a huge foam board set up against the entire side of the house and everyone played Wii outside in the yard. Pretty cool!!! I'm not sure if we would enjoy it as much in the house.
Today has been lazy and relaxing and I am enjoying the time. My dad made breakfast for us this morning. We had BBQ at shorty's for lunch. This completes our weekend.
I can't wait to meet Rinah and Skyler in a few weeks since I missed them in Victoria. See you soon!!

Summer is here!!!

I took a picture of our favorite beach at Spanish River. You can see why we love it..

We hung out at the beach from 9:30 to 1:00, we then left and headed to Deerfield Beach where there were a million people and parked to have some drinks and lunch. Pool playing was a must...

After that we headed home and went to the pool for an hour before heading in for the day.

Life as usual....

There is not too much to report. Jesse and I have been spending most of our weekends at the beach. This weekend will be much of the same. We bought our beach pass for Deerfield Beach and I think it has paid for itself already. Deerfield is not the only place we are sunning ourselves... Spanish River in Boca is now one of our favorite beaches because it is so quiet. I don't know when Deerfield became so crowded but I miss the old quiet days.
I felt guilty all weekend leaving Capone at home so Sunday night we took him to the beach so he could dig in the sand and have fun as well.

We are looking forward to our vacations starting next month. I was hoping to get my foot surgery this year. Going to the doctor costs way too much money so foot surgery and surgery for my Cyst removal will have to wait. Not sure why I pay insurance since I am unable to afford to get anything done. I don't want to switch jobs just for better insurance but I am not sure what to do... I might have to sell off the furniture soon.

We are going to St. Augustine next weekend so I will have some pictures soon...
